STEP ONE
Research & Pre-Planning
We'll schedule a complimentary discovery call to discuss your design wants and needs. After you review our online pricing guide, we can schedule an in-home meeting and discuss possible options of what can be done. We will follow up with a free budget range email and scope of work.
STEP TWO
Design Development Agreement
We'll measure your existing home, recreate the layout, and provide options that cover what we had discussed. After finalizing the design, we will provide a quote detailing out the scope of work and itemized list of allowances.
STEP three
Shopping & Selections
This is the fun part! We can begin to shop for all finishes and assist you in selections. This includes cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, fixtures, paints, etc. We will input and approve all selections based on shopping. Afterwards, the budget is finalized and construction can be scheduled!
STEP Four
Construction Begins!
An onsite pre-construction meeting will be arranged to meet your remodel team. Schedule will be posted for the construction team and yourself which will be maintained for the phases of the project. Construction timeline will vary depending on scope of work.
STEP FIVE
Move In & Enjoy your "New" Space!
A completion & punch list are conducted to ensure your home is 100% finalized, then you can move in and enjoy! We offer a 1 year warranty for all aspects of your home that we have constructed. A closeout file is provided that includes all documents from the project.
